Tip#1 – Apply Rice Water On Your Face
Rice water is rich in natural skin brightening enzymes. The best part is that it is suitable for all skin types and its very simple when it comes to application
- Just take a handful of raw rice in a clean bowl
- Soak this rice in clean water for about 2-3 hours.
- After that drain, the water and your rice water is ready for application
- Soak a clean cotton ball in this water and dab this on your clean face. If you want you can also spray this rice water evenly on your face
- Let it sit on your face for about 30 minutes and then you can wash your face with plain water.
- You can keep this rice water in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
- For best results use it daily after washing your face.
Tip#2 – Use a clay mask once a week
To prepare this mask you can use any clay easily available to you like fuller’s earth powder, bentonite clay etc.
- Take 1 spoon of clay powder in a clean bowl
- In this add 1 spoon of liquorice powder
- Add 1/2 spoon of rice flour
- Add a pinch of turmeric powder to this.
- In this add enough rose water until you get a paste-like consistency
- Apply this mask to your clean face.
- Let it dry for about 10-15 minutes and then you can wash your face with plain water.
Tip#3 – Always Keep Your Skin Hydrated
Make sure you apply your face moisturiser after washing your face. Never leave it dry. Also drink at least 7-8 glasses of water to keep your skin hydrated
Tip#4 – Never Go Out Without SunScreen
Make sure you always wear your sunscreen when going out in the skin. Harmful UV rays from the sun can damage your skin cells, which will create dark spots on your face.
