3/4 cup of Argan Oil
1/4 cup of Neem Oil
10 drops of vitamin E oil
5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

Sanitize the glass dropper bottle by soaking it in hot water and allowing it to dry thoroughly.
Fill the Argan Oil dropper bottle.
Fill the rest of your glass with Neem Seed Oil. (Ensure that you leave a little space at the top)
Add ten drops of concentrated vitamin E oil.
Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil and shake the bottle very well.
Neem Oil: contains a high level of antioxidants, helps combat free radical damage, and is rich in EFA to help fight dry skin.
Neem Oil is an antibacterial, antifungal agent that helps combat acne.

Pinch the eyebrows
Using your thumb and index fingers to gently pinch your eyebrows to ace this facial exercise.
Starting from the inner edge, pinch four times as you push your fingers over your brows to the outer edge.
Repeat the step 5-8 times. The technique is also very effective to stave off a headache.
Move your hands to the top of your forehead.
Very gently and slowly, keep all 10 fingertips over your eyebrows.
First, move yourself to the top of your forehead and slowly to your scalp.

Second, put your left finger above your upper lip and the middle finger below your lower lip.
