Grooming is an important part of any of our beauty regimens.
Of all aspects of our body, taking care of our private areas is always at the bottom of our priority list.
The vaginal skin is delicate and susceptible to rashes, allergies, and dark spots.
Dark skin in our intimate region is something most of us deal with at some stage in our lives.
The whitening creams available on the market make it darker and cause allergic reactions.
Dark skin is often due to poor eating habits, smoking, hair removal creams, tight clothing, skin infections, heredity, aging, and obesity.
1. Coconut Oil
Take a bowl and mix 1 tsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of honey, heat the mixture in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Add the mixture to the vagina and leave for 15 minutes.
Take a cotton pad, dip in rosewater, and then swipe to remove the mixture.
Owing to the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and moisturizing effects of coconut oil, the skin is very well-conditioned.
This ensures that coconut oil can be kept under the control of different skin diseases and avoid the emergence of skin blemishes and dark skin.
Whatever the cause, you need to whiten your skin tone, e.g., getting rid of dark spots on your face, inner thigh or armpits, body-wide skin whitening.
Coconut oil can really do wonders for your skin, having no harmful side effects on your skin and health.
Get some buttermilk and a ball of cotton.
Dip the cotton ball in the milk and run gently across the vaginal region for at least 15 minutes.
Buttermilk serves as an exfoliating agent that prevents the darkening of the skin.
Buttermilk has skin-lightening properties.
It can also have more toned and fair skin.
Buttermilk is filled with milk protein and lactic acid, which releases impurities and dead skin cells from the face.
Lactic acid brightens the color of the skin, giving the skin a smooth texture.
3. Cucumber and aloe vera
Fresh Aloe Vera Gel
Crush the cucumber and make a rich paste of cucumber and aloe vera, add to the affected areas for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with some cold water.
Cucumber can help to lighten the skin by making it firm and supple.
This is because of the collagen-binding action of the cucumber.
Cucumber also helps to cool the skin and can be used on all skin types. Grate the cucumber and add the juice to the flesh.
Scientific studies have shown that some of the chemicals found in Aloe Vera have skin whitening properties. Aloesin and Aloin are chemicals.
These chemicals can remove darker spots (hyperpigmentation) by destroying excess melanin cells and also by preventing the skin from producing excess melanin in the future.
Specifically, Aloin focuses on killing melanin in pigmented skin cells, while Aloesin prevents the skin from developing additional melanin.
The cumulative effect whitens the skin over time, giving it a more even look and feel.
